My wife Shobha and I started Spectrum Tech in 1986 (nuclear safety related components) After running it for 16 years Shobha asked me as to when I will retire.
I said when you start your own business you don't think of retiring. but I got the message .I got couple of proposals but I was looking for a buyer who would take Spectrum to new heights and treat my employees fairly . Then came Clyde and we finalized the deal.. Shobha and I are so happy to see the progress of Spectrum/ATC (nuc) under the leadership of Clyde , Wayne and Doug .
God bless Spectrum/ATC (nuc) for continued growth .

First ATC Office and Warehouse was opened in 1997 in Carlstadt, NJ.
New and current ATC Headquarters in Lyndhurst, NJ opened in September 2008.
ATC was chosen as recipient of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association’s 2014 Award for Excellence for Outstanding Community Service. Clyde Keaton, President & CEO accepts the award.
ATC ranked # 6 on the 2015 Fifty Fastest Growing Companies in New Jersey by NJBIZ. Dan Tenzer, Senior Vice President, ATC Government and Turbine accepts the award on behalf of ATC. NJBIZ is New Jersey's leading business journal, which produces a weekly print edition with a circulation of more than 15,000 copies, as well as providing 24/7 business news coverage through its NJBIZ.com website and multiple daily e-newsletters.
Clyde Keaton, President & CEO, Argo Turboserve Corporation was presented the 2015 Junior Achievement USA Gold Leadership Award. This award recognizes recipients who exemplify the ideals of creativity, effectiveness and a deep commitment to inspiring young people to be successful. ATC hosted a "Build-A-Bike" team building event in support of HANDY, an award-winning non-profit organization in Broward County who helps abused, neglected, and disadvantaged youth. The event took place during ATC's Global Corporate Leadership Conference at the PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Over 50 ATC executives participated in building and donating 28 bicycles.
ATC partnered with Junior Achievement of New Jersey (JA) to hold the 2nd Annual ATC-JA Bowling Bash in New Jersey in October 2014. JA is the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating young people about business, economics and free enterprise. Through a dedicated volunteer network, JA offers in-school and after-school programs for students in grades K-12. JA programs focus on seven key content areas: business, citizenship, economics, entrepreneurship, ethics/character, financial literacy, and career development. Junior Achievement programs reach over 4 million students per year, in 124 markets in urban, rural and suburban areas in all 50 states across the U.S. – a total of 115 million students since the organization began in 1919. The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge started in the summer of 2014 and became the world’s largest global social media phenomenon. More than 17 million people uploaded their challenge videos to Facebook; these videos were watched by 440 million people a total of 10 billion times. It is now an annual event to raise awareness and funds to find treatments and a cure for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

ATC Aerospace opened their first office and warehouse in West Chester, Ohio in January 2001.
ATC Aerospace moved to their new warehouse and office facility in Pompano Beach, FL in June 2011. This 75,000 sq ft of warehouse holds 55MM of inventory and the facility has additional 25,000 sq ft of office space.

Employees at Pompano Beach, FL participate in Red Nose Day May 2015. Red Nose Day is a campaign dedicated to raising money by simply having fun and making people laugh. Money raised is spent to help lift children and young people out of poverty in the US and some of the poorest communities in the world.
ATC acquired Spectrum Technologies located in Schenectady, NY in 2004 expanding the ATC Nuclear Division.
ATC Nuclear opened a state of the art testing facitlity in Schenectady, NY Fall 2010.

New Virginia Beach office opened in September 2013.
ATC Industrial Supply Chain offices and warehouse in Houston, TX, opened in November 2014.
ATC Distribution & Services opened a state of the art new facility in Houston November 2015. The new facility is +54,000 sq ft, between warehouse, manufacturing and assembly, and offices.  There are two (2) overhead cranes (10 ton & 20 ton), 3 jib cranes, a paint booth, a dedicated clean ESD room, 508 UL certified facility.
ATC Industrial Supply Chain (ISC) facility in Houston, was awarded the Supplier Self Release (SSR) status by Baker Hughes. Charles Tuozzolo, VP Quality & Process Improvement accepts the plaque on behalf of ATC.
